As the latest addition to our company, DFW Crating and Packaging provides in-house foam-conversion services. Nearly all types of polyethylene, polyurethane, and convoluted foam products with different densities are available to us. We will even design a prototype according to your specifications for a fit test. Our services include water jet and die cutting with the smallest tolerances, multi-layered foam protection, lamination, heat glue, etc. Foam conversion can be ordered as a stand-alone service or as a value-added part of a larger packaging project. Military and high tech, medical and aerospace, food and communication – it is hard to imagine an industry we have not yet helped, or an application we have not yet explored.
